Cocktail Preparation
Gather Ingredients
Ensure all ingredients are measured and ready for use.
Combine Base Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Fox Trail Small Batch Bourbon, 1 oz of Ferrand 1840 Cognac, 1 oz of Oak & Bean Coffee Liqueur, and 0.5 oz of China-China Liqueur.
Add Bitters
Add 2 dashes of cardamom bitters to the mixing glass with the other ingredients.
Stir the Mixture
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture for about 20-30 seconds until well chilled.
Prepare the Glass
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish
Express the oils from a piece of orange peel over the cocktail and drop it in as a garnish.
