Directions

1

Prepare the Strawberries

Wash and hull the fresh strawberries. Cut them into halves or quarters, depending on your preference for chunk size.

2

Muddle the Mint and Strawberries

In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, add the cut strawberries and fresh mint leaves. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently crush them together, releasing the mint oils and strawberry juices.

3

Add Lime Juice

Cut the fresh lime in half and squeeze the juice from both halves into the muddled strawberries and mint mixture. Stir gently to combine.

4

Add Rum and Simple Syrup

Pour in the white rum and simple syrup into the glass or shaker. Stir the mixture well to ensure that all ingredients are combined.

5

Add Ice Cubes

Fill the glass with ice cubes, or add ice to the shaker if using one. Shake well if using a shaker, or stir if in a glass.

6

Top with Club Soda

Pour the club soda over the ice and strawberry mixture, filling the glass. Stir gently to combine.

7

Garnish and Serve

Garnish the drink with additional mint leaves and a slice of lime or whole strawberry on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Strawberry Mojito!
