Chill glass
Place a highball or rocks glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail to ensure the glass is nicely chilled.
Build
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka, 0.5 oz fresh lime juice, and 0.25 oz simple syrup. Shake vigorously for about 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain & Top
Strain the shaken mixture into the prepared glass over fresh ice. Top with approximately 2 oz soda water (adjust to taste) and give the drink one gentle stir (about 3–4 rotations) to integrate.
Garnish & Serve
Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel on the rim. If using, slap the mint sprig between your palms once to release aromatics and tuck it beside the lime (optional). Serve immediately.
