Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Harissa Glaze

In a small bowl, mix together the harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

2

Marinate the Chicken

Coat the chicken thighs with the harissa glaze, ensuring they're evenly covered. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using charcoal, allow the coals to burn until they are covered with white ash.

4

Cook the Chicken

Place the marinated chicken thighs on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 7-8 minutes, then flip and grill for another 7-8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

5

Garnish and Serve

Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
