For the Iced Turkish Coffee

Method

To Prepare Iced Turkish Coffee

1

Brew the Coffee

In a large jar or pitcher, combine the coarse ground Turkish coffee, cold water, cardamom pods, and the cinnamon stick. Stir well to combine.

2

Steep

Cover the jar and let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours, or overnight for the best flavor.

3

Strain the Coffee

After steeping, strain the coffee mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or coffee filter into a separate pitcher or container to remove the grounds and spices.

4

Serve

Fill glasses with ice, pour the cold brew coffee over the ice, and serve immediately.
