Method

Nuggets

1

Prepare the Chicken

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes to marinate.

2

Set Up the Breading Station

In one bowl, place the all-purpose flour. In a second bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, add the breadcrumbs.

3

Bread the Chicken

Take each piece of marinated chicken, dip it into the flour, shaking off any excess. Next, dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs. Repeat until all chicken pieces are breaded.

4

Heat the Oil

In a deep skillet or frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Ensure there is enough oil to submerge half of the nuggets.

5

Fry the Nuggets

Carefully place the breaded chicken nuggets into the hot oil in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown, turning occasionally.

6

Drain and Serve

Once cooked, remove the nuggets from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot with graveyard sauce.

Graveyard Sauce

7

Mix the Sauce

In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until well blended.

8

Chill and Serve

Cover the sauce and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving, allowing the flavors to meld together.
