In a cocktail shaker, combine the Chemist Gin, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. Add ice cubes to fill the shaker halfway.

Shaking the Mixture

Shake well for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled champagne flute.

Top off the glass with Prosecco, pouring gently to preserve the bubbles.
