Method
Cauliflower Preparation
Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large bowl.
Season the Cauliflower
Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cornstarch to the cauliflower florets. Toss until evenly coated.
Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
Buffalo Sauce
Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce and garlic powder. Stir until combined and heated through, then remove from heat.
Coat the Cauliflower
Once the cauliflower is done baking, transfer it to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
Ranch Dressing
Prepare the Ranch Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
Serve
Serve the spicy buffalo cauliflower warm, with the ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
