Preparation of Steak

1

Marinate the Steak

In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Add the steak, making sure it's evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2

Cook the Steak

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is achieved. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

3

Slice the Steak

After resting, slice the steak thinly against the grain.

Assembling the Burrito

4

Prepare the Tortilla

Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.

5

Fill the Tortilla

On each tortilla, layer a portion of sliced steak, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, guacamole, and salsa.

6

Wrap the Burrito

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it from the bottom up to enclose the filling. Ensure it's tightly wrapped.

7

Serve

Cut the burrito in half and serve immediately, optionally with extra salsa and guacamole on the side.
