Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut each sprout in half lengthwise.

2

Make the Garlic Soy Glaze

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.

Cooking

3

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

4

Toss the Brussels Sprouts

In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

5

Roast the Brussels Sprouts

Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.

6

Add the Glaze

Once the Brussels sprouts are done roasting, remove them from the oven and drizzle the garlic soy glaze over them. Toss to combine.

Serving

7

Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions over the Brussels sprouts before serving. Enjoy warm!
