Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Take a rocks glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill it.
Mix the Base Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 oz of Blue Curacao, 1 oz of vodka, and 0.5 oz of lemon juice. Add ice and shake well until chilled.
Assembly
Combine and Top
Strain the mixture from the shaker into the chilled rocks glass filled with ice. Top it off with 4 oz of club soda.
Garnish
Add 6 fresh mint leaves and a slice of lemon to the drink for garnishing. Give a gentle stir to mix the mint flavor.
