Main Ingredients

2 cups Lobster meat

4 tbs Butter

4 leaves Lettuce leaves

4 buns Hot dog buns

Tarragon Aioli

1 cup Mayonnaise

2 tbs Fresh tarragon, chopped

1 tbs ReaLemon lemon juice

1 clove Garlic, minced

1 tsp Celtic sea salt

to taste black pepper

Method

Preparation

Make the Tarragon Aioli

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped tarragon, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and set aside.

Prepare the Lobster

In a separate bowl, gently fold the lobster meat into the tarragon aioli until well coated.

Assembly

Toast the Buns

In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the hot dog buns and toast until golden brown on both sides.

Assemble the Lobster Rolls

Place a leaf of lettuce in each toasted bun, then generously fill with the lobster mixture.

Serve

Drizzle any remaining tarragon aioli on top, if desired, and serve immediately.
