Mimosa Ingredients

Method

Mimosa Preparation

1

Prepare the Glasses

Start by chilling your champagne flutes in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes. This will enhance the drinking experience.

2

Juice the Oranges

If using fresh oranges, cut them in half and juice them using a citrus juicer. Strain the juice to remove any pulp or seeds, if desired. You should have about 2 cups of fresh orange juice.

3

Mix the Mimosa

Once the champagne flutes are chilled, pour 1 part of fresh orange juice into each flute, filling it about halfway.

4

Add the Champagne

Slowly top each flute with 1 part champagne. Pour gently to avoid excessive foaming.

5

Garnish

Add a slice of orange to the rim of each glass for garnish. Serve immediately while bubbly.
