Prepare the Aguachile Sauce

In a blender, combine lime juice, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.

Prepare the Vegetables

Thinly slice the cucumber and red onion. Set aside.

Carefully shuck the oysters and place them on a serving platter.

Assembly
