Cheeses

7.05 oz (200 g) Brie cheese

7.05 oz (200 g) Cheddar cheese

5.29 oz (150 g) Gorgonzola cheese

5.29 oz (150 g) Goat cheese

3 1/2 oz (100 g) Parmesan cheese

Accompaniments

3 1/2 oz (100 g) Assorted crackers

7.05 oz (200 g) Fresh fruits (e.g., grapes, figs, apple slices)

3 1/2 oz (100 g) Nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts)

3 3/8 tbsp (50 ml) Honey

1 1/3 tbsp (20 ml) olive oil

Select and Arrange Cheeses

Choose a variety of local cheeses ensuring a mix of textures and flavors. Arrange them on a large cheese board or platter. Cut the Brie and Goat cheese into wedges and leave the Cheddar, Gorgonzola, and Parmesan in blocks for guests to slice.

Add Accompaniments

Place the assorted crackers around the cheeses on the board. You can add bowls for honey and olive oil, or drizzle them directly onto the cheeses. Scatter fresh fruits and nuts around the cheeses to complement the flavors.

Final Touches

Garnish with any herbs or edible flowers if desired for an aesthetic touch. Ensure there are cheese knives for each type of cheese, and toothpicks for easy serving.
