Method
Cocktail
Combine and Shake
Add Deep Eddy Vodka (1.5 oz), PAMA pomegranate liqueur (0.75 oz), fresh lemon juice (0.5 oz), fresh lime juice (0.5 oz) and simple syrup (0.25 oz) into a cocktail shaker filled two-thirds with ice. Secure lid.
Shake
Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the shaker is cold to the touch and diluted slightly (this chills and integrates the tart citrus with the pomegranate).
Strain
Double-strain (use a Hawthorne and a fine mesh strainer if available) into a chilled coupe or a chilled flute to remove ice shards and any pulp.
Top with Prosecco
Gently top the shaken base with 2 oz of dry Prosecco. Pour slowly down the side of the glass so the Prosecco retains some effervescence and produces a subtle rising layer of bubbles.
Garnish & Serve
Garnish with a lemon wheel or twist and a lime wheel—either float them or drop them into the drink. If desired, add a teaspoon of pomegranate seeds to the surface for visual appeal and a slight burst of texture.
Serve immediately while the Prosecco is lively. Recommend serving on a small napkin or coaster. Drink should present dry, tart citrus up front with a subtle fruity pomegranate mid-note and sparkling finish.
