Method
Prepare the Burger Patty
Form the Patties
Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties, about 3/4 inch thick.

On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the beef patty, crispy bacon, a slice of tomato, a generous scoop of pimiento cheese, and crispy onions.
Add the Egg
Top with a sunny side up egg, then cover with the top half of the bun.
