Gather Ingredients

Collect all the ingredients: Grey Goose Poire, St. Germain, Fresh Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Pear Slice, and Fresh Mint Leaves.

Prepare Simple Syrup

If you don't have simple syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan, heat until dissolved, and let cool.

Mixing the Cocktail

Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Grey Goose Poire, 1 oz of St. Germain, 1 oz of Fresh Lemon Juice, and 0.5 oz of Simple Syrup.

Shake

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well mixed and chilled.

Serving

Strain

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
