Method
Preparation of Bloody Mary Mix
Combine Ingredients
In a shaker, combine the tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, black pepper, ground cumin, olive brine, and pickle juice.
Mix Well
Shake the mixture well until all ingredients are combined and the mixture is well chilled.
Assembling the Bourbon Mary
Prepare the Glass
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Pour the Bourbon
Add 2 oz of Four Roses Bourbon over the ice.
Add the Mix
Pour 4 oz of the house-made Bloody Mary mix over the bourbon.
Garnish
Garnish the drink with a celery stalk, lemon wedge, and olives.
Serve
Serve immediately and enjoy your Bourbon Mary!
