Preparation of the Espresso Martini

Brew the Espresso

Brew a shot of fresh espresso and set it aside to cool slightly.

Mix the Cocktail

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Van Gogh Double Espresso Vodka, Caffé Borghetti Espresso Liqueur, freshly brewed espresso, and simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake the Mixture

Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Prepare the Glass

Strain the cocktail mixture into a chilled martini glass.

Create the Foam

In a small bowl, froth the half & half until it forms a light foam.

Carefully spoon the half & half foam on top of the strained cocktail in the martini glass.
