Juicing
Prepare the Oranges
Wash the fresh oranges thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or pesticides.
Juice the Oranges
Cut the oranges in half and use a citrus juicer to extract the juice into a measuring cup, discarding any seeds.
Sweeten the Juice
In a small saucepan, combine the freshly squeezed orange juice, sugar, and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely. Remove from heat and let it cool.
Assembly
Combine the Ingredients
In a serving glass, pour about 3/4 of the cooled orange juice mixture.
Top with Sparkling Wine
Slowly top off the glass with the Friexinet Sparkling White Wine until the glass is full.
Garnish and Serve
Optionally, garnish with an orange slice on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Mock-Mosa!
