Method
Prepare the Fruits
Muddle the Fruits
In a large pitcher, add the blackberries, strawberries, and the whole oranges, lemons, and limes cut into wedges. Use a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon to gently press down on the fruit to release their juices.
Mix the Base
Add the Juices
Pour in the fresh orange juice and blackberry purée into the pitcher with the muddled fruits. If desired, add honey or agave syrup to sweeten. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
Add the Sparkling Wine
Incorporate the Wine
Slowly add the Stella Rosa Naturals Sparkling Red Wine to the pitcher. Stir gently to mix without losing the carbonation.
Final Touch
Top with Ginger Ale
Right before serving, pour in the ginger ale to the pitcher, and give it a light stir. This will add a refreshing fizz to the sangria.
Serve
Garnish and Enjoy
Serve the sangria over ice in glasses, garnished with additional fresh fruit if desired. Enjoy your refreshing Red Sangria!
