Cooking Directions

1

Prepare the Escargot

If using canned escargot, drain and rinse them under cold water. If using fresh snails, ensure they are cleaned and purged before cooking.

2

Make the Garlic Butter Mixture

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, prepared horseradish, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

3

Stuff the Escargot

Place each escargot in its shell (if applicable) or in a small baking dish. Using a small spoon, generously fill each escargot shell or the baking dish with the garlic butter mixture.

4

Bake the Escargot

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the filled escargot shells or dish in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the butter is bubbling and slightly golden.

5

Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with crusty bread to soak up the garlic butter. Enjoy!
