Directions

1

Cook the Macaroni

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Make the Cheese Sauce

In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the flour and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

3

Add Milk and Cream

Gradually whisk in the milk and heavy cream, ensuring no lumps remain. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens and bubbles, about 5-7 minutes.

4

Incorporate Cheeses

Reduce the heat to low and add the cheddar, gruyere, and parmesan cheese to the sauce. Stir until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

5

Combine Lobster and Pasta

Add the cooked macaroni and lobster meat into the cheese sauce. Stir until the pasta and lobster are well coated with the sauce.

6

Prepare for Baking

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish and transfer the lobster mac and cheese mixture into it. Spread evenly.

7

Add Breadcrumb Topping

In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the remaining melted butter and chopped parsley. Sprinkle evenly over the lobster mac and cheese.

8

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

9

Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
