Method

Preparation

1

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Drain on paper towels and set aside.

2

Prepare the Avocado

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Mash it lightly with a fork and season with salt and pepper to taste.

3

Slice the Tomato

Wash the tomato and slice it into thin rounds.

4

Toast the Bread (optional)

Lightly toast the slices of bread if you prefer a crunchier texture.

Assembly

5

Layer Ingredients

On one slice of bread, spread the mashed avocado. Layer the turkey breast on top of the avocado.

6

Add Bacon and Veggies

Place the crispy bacon, lettuce leaves, and tomato slices over the turkey.

7

Top with Cheese

Add the Swiss cheese slices on top of the vegetables.

8

Finish the Sandwich

Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the second slice of bread, then place it on top of the cheese to complete the sandwich.

Grilling

9

Grill the Sandwich

Heat a skillet or grill over medium heat. Place the sandwich on the skillet and grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serving

10

Slice and Serve

Once grilled, remove the sandwich from the skillet, slice it in half, and serve warm.
