Steak Preparation
Marinate the Skirt Steak
In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add the skirt steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Mojo de Ajo Sauce Preparation
Make the Mojo de Ajo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the garlic cloves and olive oil. Cook until the garlic is golden and fragrant, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.

Assemble the Dish
On a serving platter, place the sliced skirt steak. Top with cooked shrimp and drizzle generously with Mojo de Ajo sauce. Garnish with whole green onions and serve with guacamole on the side.
