In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken breast, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced bell pepper, red onion, and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
