Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Chicken

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

2

Sauté the Chicken

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and sauté for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3

Prepare the Sauce

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add tomato sauce and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and let the sauce cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4

Combine Chicken and Sauce

Return the chicken breasts to the skillet with the sauce. Top each chicken breast with a slice of prosciutto and mozzarella cheese. Cover the skillet and let cook for another 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted.

5

Serve

Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot with your choice of side.
