Cooking the Beef
Brown the Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.
Add Seasoning
Drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
Assembling the Tacos
Prepare the Taco Shells
Warm the taco shells in the oven according to package instructions.
Fill the Tacos
Spoon the beef mixture into each taco shell. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa as desired.
