Method

Infused Berries Preparation

1

Prepare the Berry Infusion

In a medium bowl, combine the mixed berries, Bombay Sapphire Gin, St Germain Elderflower Liqueur, and granulated sugar. Gently toss the mixture to coat the berries in the liquids and sugar. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the berries to absorb the infusion.

Spritz Assembly

2

Assemble the Spritz

In a large wine glass, add a generous amount of ice cubes. Spoon in the marinated berries along with their infused liquid. Pour in the Juniper Rose Cider over the top of the berries. Stir gently to combine the flavors.

3

Garnish and Serve

Add fresh mint leaves to the glass for a refreshing aroma. Garnish with a lemon wheel on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Dayi Spritz!
