Preparation

1

Chill the Glass

Place a martini glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill while preparing the drink.

2

Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Almave Ambar, 1 oz of Doya Gin, and 0.5 oz of Vermouth.

3

Add Ice

Fill the shaker with ice cubes to the top.

4

Shake or Stir

Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds or stir gently for about 30 seconds, depending on your preference.

5

Strain the Mixture

Remove the martini glass from the freezer or empty the ice water. Use a strainer to pour the cocktail into the chilled glass.

Garnishing

6

Add Olive

Garnish your dry martini with a single olive placed in the center of the drink.

7

Lemon Twist

Twist a piece of lemon peel over the drink to release its oils, then drop it into the glass for added flavor.
