Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Chicken

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and marinate in soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper for about 15 minutes.

2

Sauté the Vegetables

In a wok or large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

3

Add Chicken

Add the marinated chicken to the wok and stir-fry until it is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

4

Add the Vegetables

Add the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots to the wok. Stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

5

Incorporate Peanuts and Hunan Peppers

Add the roasted peanuts and Hunan peppers to the mixture. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.

6

Serve

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
