Method

Burger Assembly

1

Cook the Burger Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the vegan Impossible burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until heated through.

2

Prepare the Buns

While the patties are cooking, slice the Care Bakery vegan buns in half and lightly toast them on the grill or in a toaster.

3

Assemble the Burgers

Spread vegan mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Place a cooked burger patty on top, followed by slices of tomato, onion, lettuce, and pickles. Drizzle mustard on top and close with the top half of the bun.

French Fries Preparation

4

Prepare the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the potatoes into fries and soak them in water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.

5

Season and Bake

In a large bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
