Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the Noodles

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain excess fat.

Combine Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, browned beef, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, and frozen mixed vegetables. Stir well to combine.

Season the Mixture

Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Baking

Transfer to Baking Dish

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour the mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
