Method

BBQ Pork

1

Cook the Pork

In a slow cooker, combine the pork shoulder, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender and shreds easily.

2

Add BBQ Sauce

Once cooked, shred the pork and mix in the BBQ sauce. Keep warm until ready to serve.

Coleslaw

3

Prepare Vegetables

Shred the cabbage and carrot. Place in a large bowl.

4

Make Dressing

In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

5

Combine

Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine. Refrigerate until serving.

Sloppy Joe

6

Cook the Beef

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and green bell pepper until the beef is browned and vegetables are soft.

7

Add Sauce Ingredients

Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Togarashi Fried Chicken

8

Prepare Breading

In one bowl, mix flour with salt and togarashi seasoning. In another bowl, whisk together egg and milk.

9

Bread the Chicken

Dip chicken thighs first in the egg mixture, then coat with flour mixture.

10

In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
