Method
Preparing the Chicken Wings
Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Bake the Wings
Place the coated wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
Toss in Sauce
Once baked, remove the wings from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo hot sauce over the wings and toss until fully coated.
Preparing the Celery Sticks
Cut the Celery
Wash and cut the celery stalks into 3-inch sticks and arrange them on a serving platter.
Making the Blue Cheese Dressing
Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese crumbles, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Chill the Dressing
Cover the dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
