Prepare the Glass
Take a wine glass or a large tumbler and fill it with ice cubes until it is about halfway full.
Mix the Ingredients
Pour 3 oz of Aperol into the glass over the ice. Follow it with 3 oz of Prosecco and then add 1 oz of sparkling water.
Stir Gently
