Directions

1

Prepare Strawberry Syrup

In a medium saucepan, combine fresh strawberries, sugar, and water over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the sugar dissolves and strawberries release their juices, about 5-7 minutes.

2

Strain the Syrup

Once the strawberries are softened, remove the saucepan from heat. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing the strawberries to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard solids and allow the syrup to cool completely.

3

Assemble the Drink

In a glass, add ice cubes to your desired level. Pour in 1/4 cup of the strawberry syrup followed by 1 cup of non-alcoholic sparkling rosé. Stir gently to combine.

4

Garnish

Add fresh mint leaves as a garnish. Optionally, you can add more strawberries for decoration.

5

Serve

Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Strawberry Rosé Spritz!
