Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ingredients

Chop the Bayonne ham and fine herbs. Set aside.

2

Whisk the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

3

Heat the Butter

In a non-stick skillet, melt the whipped butter over medium heat until it begins to foam.

4

Cook the Omelet

Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet, swirling to evenly cover the surface. Allow to cook for about 2-3 minutes until the edges begin to set.

5

Add Filling

Sprinkle the chopped Bayonne ham and fine herbs over one half of the omelet.

6

Fold and Finish

Gently fold the other half of the omelet over the filling. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the inside is cooked to your liking.

7

Serve

Slide the omelet onto a plate and serve warm.
