Prepare the Bread

Slice the French baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices. Brush both sides of each slice with olive oil.

Prepare the Toppings

Dice the fresh tomatoes and finely chop the garlic. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped garlic, salt, and black pepper to taste. Tear the fresh basil leaves and add them to the mixture.

Grill the Bread

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Place the oiled bread slices on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and slightly crisp.

Assemble the Bruschetta

Once the bread is grilled, remove it from the grill and top each slice generously with the tomato and basil mixture. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top before serving.
