Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Start by chilling a cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.
Juice the Fruits
Squeeze the fresh oranges and grapefruits to extract the juice. Strain the juice to remove any pulp and seeds.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Olmeca Altos Plata tequila, Olmeca Altos Repo tequila, Bol's watermelon liqueur, pomegranate simple syrup, pineapple juice, fresh squeezed orange juice, and fresh squeezed grapefruit juice.
Shake the Mixture
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Remove the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
Garnishing
Add Garnish
Garnish the cocktail with a fresh watermelon slice on the rim of the glass, an orange wheel, and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds.
