Coffee Preparation

1

Grind the Coffee Beans

Using a coffee grinder, grind the coffee beans to a medium-coarse consistency. This will help to extract the flavors properly during brewing.

2

Boil the Water

In a kettle, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Ensure that the water is just boiling, as overly hot water can scorch the coffee.

3

Brew the Coffee

Place the ground coffee in a French press or coffee maker. Pour the boiling water over the coffee grounds and let it steep for about 4-5 minutes.

4

Strain the Coffee

If using a French press, slowly press down the plunger to separate the grounds from the brewed coffee. If using a coffee maker, allow the machine to finish brewing.

5

Add Sugar and Milk

Pour the brewed coffee into your cup and add sugar to taste. If you prefer, add milk for creaminess.

6

Add Cinnamon (optional)

For a hint of spice, sprinkle cinnamon on top of the coffee before serving.

7

Serve

Enjoy your freshly brewed coffee hot, or let it cool and serve over ice for a refreshing cold coffee.
