Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to chill the glass.

Prepare the Glass

In a mixing glass, combine the red wine, blackberry syrup, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir gently until well mixed.

Pour the mixed ingredients over the ice cubes in the prepared glass.

Add club soda to the glass, stirring gently to combine all the flavors.

Start by ensuring your coffee maker is clean and ready for use. Fill the water reservoir with 4 cups of filtered water.

Prepare Coffee Maker

Measure out 1 cup of sustainable coffee beans. Ensure the beans are ethically sourced and roasted to your preference.

Place a coffee filter into the basket of the coffee maker. Add the measured coffee beans into the filter.

Turn on the coffee maker and allow it to brew. This should take about 5 minutes.

Brew Coffee

Once the coffee is brewed, pour it into your favorite mug. Add 2 tablespoons of organic sugar to sweeten your coffee.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cinnamon into the coffee and stir well to combine the flavors.

Finish by adding 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, stirring to blend the flavors evenly.

Ensure that your roasting machine is clean and set up in a well-ventilated area.

Prepare the Roaster

Weigh out 500 grams of green coffee beans and place them in the roasting chamber of the roaster.

Measure the Beans

Turn on the roaster and set it to a temperature of approximately 200°C (392°F).

Start Roasting

Keep an eye on the color of the beans as they transition from green to yellow, then to light brown, and finally to dark brown. This process usually takes between 10-15 minutes.

Monitor the Roast

If desired, add 1 tsp of cinnamon and 2 tbs of sugar during the last 2 minutes of roasting for additional flavor.

Once the desired roast level is achieved, turn off the roaster and pour the beans into a cooling tray to stop the roasting process.

Allow the beans to cool completely before placing them in an airtight container for storage.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it's ready for baking.

Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then whisk in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Start by brewing the Colombian coffee beans. Grind 100 grams of Colombian coffee beans to a medium-coarse consistency. In a coffee maker or French press, combine the ground coffee with 500 ml of hot water. Allow it to steep for about 4-5 minutes before straining the coffee into a carafe. Set aside.

Brew the Coffee

Peel and pit 200 grams of fresh lychee fruit. In a saucepan, combine the lychee, 100 grams of sugar, and 100 ml of water. Heat over medium heat while stirring until the sugar dissolves and the mixture starts to simmer. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes until it thickens slightly. Remove from heat and let it cool, then strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve into a jar, discarding the solids.

Prepare Lychee Syrup

In a tall glass, add 1 cup of ice cubes. Pour the brewed Colombian coffee over the ice, followed by 50 ml of the lychee syrup. Stir well to combine.

Combine Ingredients

Garnish the drink with fresh mint leaves for added flavor and decoration. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Colombia Jairo Arcila Lychee coffee!

Peel the fresh ginger using a spoon or a peeler. Grate or finely chop the ginger into small pieces.

Prepare the Ginger

Rinse the fresh cranberries under cold water and remove any stems or damaged berries.

Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice to measure 2 tablespoons. You can use a lemon squeezer for easier extraction.

Juicing the Lemon

In a blender, combine the fresh cranberries, grated ginger, fresh lemon juice, and honey or agave syrup. Blend until smooth.

Using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, strain the blended mixture into a pitcher to remove pulp and seeds.

Add the tonic water to the strained cranberry-ginger mixture. Stir gently to combine.

Mix with Tonic Water

Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the cranberry-ginger tonic over the ice.

Serve Over Ice

Garnish each glass with a lemon slice and a few fresh mint leaves for an extra touch of flavor and presentation.

In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of granulated sugar and 1 cup of water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved. Once dissolved, remove from heat and let it cool. You can store any extra in the refrigerator for up to a month.

Make Simple Syrup

If you like a salted rim, rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip it into salt to coat the edge. Set aside.

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of tequila, 1 oz of triple sec, and 1 oz of fresh lime juice. Add ice to fill the shaker halfway.

Mix the Margarita

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Margarita!

If desired, rim the glass with salt. To do this, run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip it into a plate of salt.

Pour 2 oz of tequila into the prepared glass over ice.

Squeeze 1 oz of fresh lime juice into the glass with tequila.

Pour 4 oz of Topo Chico mineral water into the glass, allowing it to mix gently with the tequila and lime juice.

Top with Mineral Water

Add a lime wedge to the rim of the glass for garnish. Adjust any salt to taste if desired.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice to chill the ingredients.

Prepare the Cocktail Shaker

Add the gin, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to combine and chill the ingredients.

Strain the mixture into a chilled champagne flute or coupe glass.

Slowly pour the Prosecco over the mixture in the glass, allowing it to mix gently.

Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and serve immediately.
