Prepare the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine Cruzan Black Strap Rum, Merlet Cognac VS, blueberry mustard leaf syrup, Cynar, Blue Curacao, Peychaud’s bitters, and fresh lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice.
Shake
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
Add Peach Foam
Gently float the peach foam on top of the cocktail.
Garnish
Optionally, garnish with a sprig of fresh mint or a blueberry for a pop of color.
