Prepare the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Cook the Sausage

Place the Conecuh sausage on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.

Grill the Quail

Season the quail with salt and pepper. Place them on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Prepare the Baguette

Slice the baguette into individual serving pieces and lightly toast on the grill for 1-2 minutes.

Assemble the Dish

On each serving plate, arrange the grilled Conecuh sausage and quail. Add a dollop of Cababa Blonde Beer Mustard and a generous serving of pickled red onions. Serve with toasted baguette pieces on the side.
