Prepare the Base

In a medium saucepan, combine water, brown sugar, and a cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled sugar-water mixture, red ginseng extract, soju, honey, goji berries, and lemon peel. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

Bottle and Chill

Pour the mixture into a clean glass bottle or jar. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 24 hours to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve

Serve chilled in small glasses. Optionally, garnish with additional goji berries or a slice of lemon.
