Prepare Cured Meats

Arrange the prosciutto, salami, and chorizo on a large serving platter. Make sure to fold the slices nicely for an appealing presentation.

Marinate Mozzarella

In a bowl, combine the mini mozzarella balls, olive oil, dried oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, fresh basil leaves, and salt. Toss gently to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.

Prepare Marinated Vegetables

Drain the roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, and Kalamata olives. Arrange them on the platter alongside the cured meats and marinated mozzarella.

Prepare Toast Points

Slice the baguette into thin pieces. Toast them lightly in an oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Arrange the toasted baguette slices and assorted crackers on the platter.
