Chicken Preparation

Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Add the chicken breasts to the pan and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest.

While the chicken is resting, slice the avocado, tomato, and red onion. Crumble the queso fresco and set aside.

Slice the ciabatta rolls in half. Spread refried beans on the bottom half of each roll. Layer with crispy chicken, avocado slices, queso fresco, pickled jalapenos, lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion.
