Method
Cheesecake Preparation
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
Blend the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the buttermilk, eggs, vanilla extract, flour, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Bake the Cheesecake
Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared springform pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the top is dark and slightly burnt, but the center is still jiggly.
Cool and Refrigerate
Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
