Preparation

1

Prepare the Meats

Slice the Jamon Serrano, Bayonne Ham, and Chorizo into thin rounds. Arrange them neatly on a large serving board.

2

Prepare the Cheeses

Cut the Manchego and La Peral cheeses into small wedges. Place them on the same board next to the meats.

3

Prepare the Olives and Ajo Dulce

Place the Spanish olives in a small bowl and set them on the board. Slice the Ajo Dulce into thin pieces and arrange them alongside the olives.

4

Arrange the Crostini

Place the crostini in a separate section of the serving board, or in a small basket next to the board for easy access.

Serving

5

Serve the Charcuterie

Serve the charcuterie board at room temperature with a variety of accompaniments. Encourage guests to create their own combinations of meats, cheeses, olives, and crostini.
